2022 National FHB Forum Registration

The 2022 National FHB Forum registration includes full access to all of the onsite meeting sessions/content, two receptions, dinner the first evening, lunch on the second day, and breaks through out the event as well as access to an electronic copy of the 2022 NFHB Forum proceedings.

All registrations must be processed by November 18, 2022 Noon Central Time. Make sure to register prior to this date to ensure your participation!

Again this year the USWBSI is utilizing the registration system of the University of Minnesota for payment processing. If you registered for the meeting last year or are an existing student/faculty member of the UMN you can go directly to login. Otherwise first time users need to create a "Guest User" account first. Once you are setup, you will be able to "Login" directly to manage your account. 

Health & Safety

The health and safety of our attendees is of utmost importance. USWBSI will be following the CDC’s guidelines and any requirements by the State of Florida and the City of Tampa in planning for the event. During your travel and participation in the 2022 NFHB Forum, we ask that you follow the CDC’s Safe Travel Guidelines, which includes precautionary measures to take during your travels. The NFHB Forum venue was selected for the various options it provided for attendees to move outside for meal/reception events. Because this situation is fluid, we will update attendees with any specific requirements and guidance as we approach the meeting dates. Attendees must also agree to parameters of the published liability waiver (noted below).

USDA Participation – USDA employees are encouraged to register and plan to attend the NFHB Forum. Travel restrictions have been lifted by USDA for domestic travel to a location with Low or Medium CDC measured Covid Community Levels. If Covid levels are trending toward High prior to the event, you will be able to request a mission critical travel approval. Contact USWBSI’s USDA-ARS PI Tim Widmer (tim.widmer@usda.gov) with additional questions.

Registration Policies

• Registration for the 2022 NFHB Forum closes on Friday, November 18 at 10:00AM Central Time.
• A credit card is required for payment to register, if a credit card is not an option please contact the USWBSI NFO.
• Refunds are available prior to November 9, 2022, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place. Contact the USWBSI NFO by November 28, 2022 with a replacement.  
• Splitting a registration between two or more people is prohibited.
• By registering for this event, you agree to be photographed or otherwise recorded for use in USWBSI promotional materials or for other USWBSI related purposes.
• We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Only attendees who have provided permission via their registration form will be included in the 2022 National FHB Forum Attendee Registration List.
• By registering for this event, attendees agree to the following liability waiver: I understand that travel and gathering involves risk of sickness, including sickness from COVID-19. I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release USWBSI, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at the 2022 NFHB Forum. I agree to not attend if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.

Change in Plans? 

Cancellations received prior to November 9, 2022 will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations received on or after November 9 will not be refunded, due to vendor commitments and deadlines. Exceptions to this policy will be made for cancellations due to Covid-19 or other family emergency related issues. Substitutions may be made through November 28, 2022.
