Dry weather in recent days is translating into low scab risk in most of NC, and the mostly dry forecast should keep it that way. The exceptions are coastal counties (Onslow, Carteret, Pamlico, Hyde and Dare), where risk is medium or high. Risk projections are for wheat that is flowering, and it is not recommended to spray for scab where risk is low.
