Room ReservationsAT&T

NOTICE: The room block deadline has passed, and our block is full, we are working with the hotel to determine if additional rooms are available, but do not have a decision. If you don't have a reservation, there are a few alternate hotels within walking distance that we recommend you consider at this time. 
 
 
 
 
The USWBSI negotiated discounted rate for guest rooms is available at $199/night + tax for a limited room block. (Federal employees contact the USWBSI NFO for per-diem negotiated arrangements.)
 

 
 
 
Deadline: All reservations must be made by October 30, 2024, limited room block available at negotiated rates. After the deadline room availability is not guaranteed and will be at regular market rate.
A credit card is required to make the reservation. Cancellations will be accepted 72 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations after this time will result in one (1) night room rate and applicable taxes being charged to credit card on file.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Arrivals/Departures

The AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is eight miles (~20 mins) from the Austin-Bergstrom
AT&T International Airport (AUS). Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft can be called for easy pickup and drop-off. Taxis can be arranged through the hotel concierge to get to and from popular attractions and transportation hubs. Discounted parking is also available at $21/day for attendees staying at the hotel.
