Special Project - FHB Outreach

Outreach Strategies for Enhanced Fusarium Head Blight (FHB) Awareness and Mitigation with New Generations of Farmers

This funding opportunity seeks to support projects that bridge the gap between research and production practices to mitigate FHB, particularly with farmers who are new to FHB. The USWBSI is seeking proposals to develop and implement innovative outreach and communication strategies to close knowledge gaps, improve farmer preparedness, and support widespread adoption of FHB mitigation practices. Priority will be given to PI’s who collaborate to develop project(s) with a broad scope, covering multiple production regions and grain classes.
