MSU Extension’s Golden Triangle Barley Conference

Montana State University's Extension Golden Triangle Barley Conference will be held February 22, 2022.

The event will take place from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pondera Shooting Sports Complex, 972 Granite Road. Check-in will begin at 8 a.m. 

Speakers include MSU's Pat Carr from the Central Agricultural Research Center in Moccasin, Jamie Sherman Department of Plant Sciences and Plant Pathology barley breeder, and Justin Vetch from the Western Triangle Agricultural Research Center in Conrad. Topics include successful crop rotations with barley (Carr), barley varieties and research update (Sherman), and sprouting in barley (Vetch).
