This position is located with the Plant Physiology & Genetics Research Unit in Maricopa, AZ.

You will provide leadership and adopt broad policy for the direction to be taken by the research unit, interact with stakeholders and organizations in the public and private sectors in the interest of meeting public needs within national programs. You will use multidisciplinary approaches to improve sustainability, productivity and profitability of U.S. agriculture in arid agroecosystems.
