2022 National FHB Forum Hotel & Travel

Tampa, Florida | Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay | December 4-6, 2022

PROPERTY IS FULL - We have met our room block and negotiated rates cut-off at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay and unfortunately due to relocation of guests from properties affected by Hurricane Ian in Ft. Meyers and surrounding area the hotel is at full capacity for our dates. The hotel may have occasional cancellations leading up to the Forum, you can continue to check to see if anything has opened up. There are several hotels near the airport and across the bay on the Causeway that have some availabilty, you are welcome to contact directly, all are a short distance to the Grand Hyatt, but will require transportation. We have been able to secure two overflow properties with limited availability within the dates of December 3-6, 2022. Here are those options for your consideration:

Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore - $179/night, plus tax – King, includes shuttle to/from Forum
Near airport, suite-style rooms with pullout sofa bed, hot breakfast and Wi-Fi included, complimentary shuttle to Tampa Airport as well as one group shuttle ride (designated time to be provided) to and from NFHB Forum each day of the Forum.
Make Your Reservation by 11/15/22: Use hotel link above and click on “Book Now” select dates, group code (G-USWB) will automatically appear under special rates. Or call 1.800.233.1234 and mention you are with USWBSI or reference the group code G-USWB to receive the special rate. If you need help with booking you can also call the hotel directly at 813.282.1037. You must book no later than November 15 to receive the group rate, only while space in group block is available.

Hampton Inn Tampa/Rocky Point - $179/night, plus tax – 2 Queen/King, transport to/from Forum on own
Off Highway 60, across bay from Grand Hyatt, double queen or king beds available, hot breakfast and Wi-Fi included, shuttle service to/from Tampa Airport, not available to/from NFHB Forum transport needed on your own.

Or call 877.461.1402 and reference group code NFF. You must book no later than November 14, 2022 at midnight to receive the group rate, only while space in group block is available.

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is conveniently located just three miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA). With easy access to major highways, the hotel is a short drive to everything Tampa has to offer. Taxis can be arranged through the hotel concierge to get to and from popular attractions and transportation hubs. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft can also be called to the hotel lobby for easy pickup and drop-off.
