2021 National FHB Forum Registration

The 2021 National FHB Forum registration includes online access to livestreaming and recordings of all the Plenary and Research Sessions, an online catalogue of the NFHB Forum virtual poster presentations along with interactive Poster Author Session time, and an electronic copy of the conference proceedings.

This year the USWBSI is utilizing the registration system of the University of Minnesota for payment processing. If you are not an existing student/faculty member of the UMN, create a "New User" account and then proceed to register. Once you are setup, you will be able to "Login" directly to manage your account. (Anyone with UMN credentials can simply Login.)

Registration Policies

• Registration for the 2021 NFHB Forum closes on Friday, December 3 at 10:00AM Central Time.
• Virtual access will be provided via email to all registered attendees by December 1, 2021.
• A credit card is required for payment to register, if not an option please contact the USWBSI NFO. Your transaction will appear on your credit card statement as "U OF M CONTLEARNING."
• If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place. Requests must be made at least one week prior to the start of the event to make a substitution.
• Splitting a registration between two or more people is prohibited.
• Refunds are available on a limited basis contact the NFO to process, a $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
• By registering for this event, you agree to be photographed or otherwise recorded for use in USWBSI promotional materials or for other USWBSI related purposes.
• We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Only attendees who have provided permission via their registration form will be included in the 2021 National FHB Forum Attendee Registration list.
