NOTE: Given delays in approval of the FY26 RFP, LOIs will no longer be required. PIs will go direct to the pre-proposal stage, once the RFP is issued. Stay tuned for full details.

The USWBSI FY24 Letter of Intetent process is now closed. Submissions are currently under review, chairs will notify all submitters no later than July 31, 2023 regarding their decisions. Thank you!

All PIs who want their project considered in our Coordinated Project or Transformational Science categories, must first submit a letter of intent by June 28, 2023 for initial consideration. PIs will be notified if their project is selected to move forward to the pre-proposal submission process by July 31, 2023. Use the link to the appropriate Letter of Intent form below:
