The 2026 National FHB Forum, December 7-9, 2026 (Monday-Wednesday) registration includes full access to all of the onsite meeting sessions/content, two receptions, dinner the first evening, lunch on the second day, and breaks through out the event as well as access to an electronic copy of the 2026 NFHB Forum proceedings.
This year the USWBSI will be utilizing the registration system of North Dakota State University for payment processing, we anticipate it will be available by the end of August or early September.

Registration Deadline
All registrations must be processed by Wednesday, November 18 at 3PM Central Time.
This year the USWBSI is utilizing the registration system of North Dakota State University for payment processing, follow instructions as noted.
Registration Policies
- Registration for the 2026 NFHB Forum will close on Wednesday, November 18 at 3PM Central Time.
- A credit card is required for payment to register, if a credit card is not an option please contact the USWBSI NFO.
- Refunds are available prior to November 10, 2026.
- If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place. Contact the USWBSI NFO by December 2, 2026 with a replacement.
- Splitting a registration between two or more people is prohibited.
- The USWBSI is dedicated to providing a harassment-free meeting experience, all registered attendees are expected to acknowledge and comply with the USWBSI Code of Conduct.
- By registering for this event, you agree to be photographed or otherwise recorded for use in USWBSI promotional materials or for other USWBSI related purposes.
- We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Only attendees who have provided permission via their registration form will be included in the 2026 National FHB Forum Attendee Registration List.
- By registering for this event, attendees agree to the following liability waiver: I understand that travel and gathering involves risk of sickness. I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release USWBSI, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or other communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at the 2026 NFHB Forum. I agree not to attend if I feel ill.
Change in Plans?
Cancellations received prior to November 10, 2026 will be refunded. Cancellations received on or after November 10 will not be refunded, due to vendor commitments and deadlines. Exceptions to this policy will be made for cancellations due to illness or other family emergency related issues. Substitutions may be made through December 2, 2026. Contact nfo@scabusa.org with your details.
