Room Reservations
The USWBSI negotiated discounted prevailing per-diem rate for guest rooms is available at $120/night + tax for a limited room block (rate may adjust based on updated per diem data, but will not exceed per diem rate*). A limited room block will be available at negotiated rates up until October 31, 2026. After the deadline room availability is not guaranteed and will be at regular market rate.
*Group rate is based on prevailing Government Rates for the dates of the event. The rate could vary from what is currently listed. U.S. Government determines the rates for the upcoming fiscal year at each location by the end of August. If you book your room prior to the rates being confirmed by the government, your rate will be adjusted to the correct rate on, or around September 1, 2026.
